• Receiving mentoring or spiritual direction from a priest, deacon, or mature lay leader  
• Developing a Rule for Living 
• Praying the Daily Office 
• Practicing the ancient disciplines: centering prayer, lectio divina, breath prayer, solitude and silence, etc. Learning to feed one’s own soul  
• Deepening one’s relationship with God  Fasting  Giving Observing sabbath rhythms  
• Participate in a discernment

 •Assist in teaching Catechism Teach Adult Forum 

•Lead Bible Studies 

•Mentor and disciple others 

•Lead Daily Office Services 

•Joining with others to do outreach in the community 

•Serving at the altar: Acolyte, LEM, Lector, Altar Guide 

•Ministering to those in their homes: PLEM—taking Communion to those who can’t leave their homes
